Down lighting is an integral part of any lighting scheme, can be a cost effective way to light where there is a ceiling void. Basis supplies 12v and 240v solutions in a number of different formats, low voltage (12v) metal halide (240v) and compact fluorescent (240v). Metal halide and fluorescent are the most efficient light sources.

Whitestar lamps are available for down lighting in showcases where silver, chrome and diamonds are on display, colour temperature being 4200˚. 10w lamps are also available for down lighting where minimal heat is required.
